AudienceView Launces Into 2007 With New CEO, New Clients

Toronto, ON - January 29, 2007 - AudienceView Software Corporation is pleased to announce that Nick Lisi has assumed the role of President and CEO of the company. Mr. Lisi arrives at a time of extraordinary opportunity as AudienceView's presence in the ticketing marketplace continues to strengthen. In only a short time AudienceView has built an impressive list of customers with its unique blend of ticketing, CRM, and fundraising products and services. With his insight, experience, and focus, Lisi is dedicated to furthering AudienceView's power and presence in this ever-changing industry.

Mr. Lisi is the former Managing Director at EMC Canada, and replaces acting CEO and AudienceView co-founder Kevin Kimsa, who will stay on as Executive Chairman.

"Nick is joining AudienceView at a critical time in the evolution of this organization," said Kimsa. "His proven leadership combined with his experience implementing successful and strategic business intelligence solutions makes him the best choice to take AudienceView to the next level."

Mr. Lisi has more than 20 years of management and sales experience including positions at Xerox Canada, Amdocs, and IBM Canada. At EMC he managed Canadian operations driving growth in new and established markets while providing strategic direction for the region. In 2006 Lisi helped grow EMC's Canadian operations by more than 20%. Prior to that he was Vice President of Sales at SAS Canada where he developed key partner relationships and implemented a host of business intelligence solutions. He also sits on the Board of the Toronto East General Hospital Foundation.

Mr. Lisi comes as the company is going through significant growth, following a year when the organization doubled revenues. In 2006 AudienceView welcomed a host of new clients, deployed the solution to several existing clients, and expanded into new markets.

"This is a great time to be joining AudienceView," said Lisi. "The company's success has been based on introducing best of breed systems into the ticketing and fundraising marketplaces. We have a dedicated team with deep industry knowledge and I'm committed to creating a strong strategic direction that builds on AudienceView's reputation as a leader in these markets."

AudienceView was pleased to announce many new customers over the last twelve months. Miami-based IMG Tickets, a division of IMG, is using AudienceView to power all of their events in North America, while the City of Moncton chose AudienceView to manage all ticketing for the City and Moncton Coliseum.
