Toronto, ON - August 2, 2007 - AudienceView announced today that Charlotte Allison and Ann Mooney have joined the company. Ms. Allison and Ms. Mooney have extensive experience in the ticketing industry and bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to AudienceView. Ms. Allison will oversee all sales activities in her role as Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing for North America, while Ms. Mooney joins the company as Executive Vice President. These new appointments follow the company’s recent announcement that Fredric D. Rosen has joined as Chairman of the Board. Rosen was the CEO of Ticketmaster from 1982 to 1998 and was instrumental in building Ticketmaster from a small startup into the world’s leading computerized ticketing service with more than $2.4 billion in annual ticket sales. “Charlotte Allison and Ann Mooney bring an incredible level of industry knowledge and experience to the company,” noted AudienceView CEO Kevin Kimsa. “It's an exciting time at AudienceView and by augmenting our existing team we're confident we can build on the goals we've set and continue to make a significant impact in the marketplace.” Ms. Allison comes to AudienceView from North American Midway Entertainment where she was the VP of Marketing and Promotions. Previously, she was the VP of Event Marketing and Booking for the Memphis Grizzlies and FedExForum where she was responsible for all aspects of the organization as it related to booking and marketing events. Ms. Allison served as the Regional Director of Marketing and Promotions for Ticketmaster from 1998 to 2003 developing sponsorship and online programs which generated more than $3 million annually in ticket sales. She has also served as Vice President of the Event and Arena Marketing Conference. Ms. Mooney brings extensive ticketing experience to AudienceView having worked for 22 years at Ticketmaster. In her role as Executive Vice President and Senior General Manager for the Northern California and Northern Nevada markets, she successfully opened Ticketmaster in Northern California with no established client base and within seven years had captured 80% of the marketplace.
